Assignments are officially starting to stress me out. I'm currently dealing with my EBM assignment. I got the first and second part checked out by my lecturer.. now all I need to do is just the corrections and deal with part 3. Sounds simple...unfortunately its not as simple as it sound thus bringing me to say 내가 미쳤어!!
Inflation...deflation? Prices decrease, unemployment increases national output?? variable price level?  So much confusion about what to include and what not.

IBIF: BMW... a lot simpler than EBM. Hoping to finish off the rest of it once I'm done with EBM today.
Everyone's stressed. They're not just saying "Oh! I'm so stressed" but its clearly written on all our faces.. How else would a lecturer walk in and ask us why we all look so stressed?
I still love assignments a lot more than exams.

Extremely happy at the moment despite the urge and stress to finish off all assignments.
Finally the disappointment of not being able to go to SWC2 has subsided thanks to the live streaming of MAMA 2012. Congrats to SHINee and Super Junior and EXO-K as well as SISTAR, EPik high and PSY! I enjoyed watching all the performances. 온유 오빠 너무 귀여워요!! ^^ 😍😍

Painting after a long time

I've always wanted to paint but wasn't ever that good at it. Last night while my brother was doing his art work I offered to help as he needed it done for school this morning. He left to sleep after 10:30 and I had the responsibility to finish it off for him. I wanted it to look as realistic as possible but my painting skills are very much limited.
After lots of frustrating moments I finished it off at about 2:30am . I must say its the best thing I've painted so far. My friends were amazed and with hopes that my brother too would love it ,I went to bed.
After keeping the whole day busy cleaning the house when he finally got home and told me that his drawing was the second best I was very much satisfied. I shall paint again very soon.

Happy Sunday!

I thought I'd regret being awakened from my peaceful slumber but it turned out to be a great morning! Nice warm weather was just perfect for a good swim and spending time outdoors playing a little bit if basket ball. Sadly I had to return home just as soon as I got the hang of shooting the ball. Thanks to my brother who right me how it's done.
Hoping to make the rest of the day just as productive and fun.

Not as easy as I thought but so far it seems okay except for the hair

2)Hair and eyebrows done... Now for the eyes!
It's supposed to be a cartoon version and so far it looks realistic ... The tough parts begins now!

I'm afraid it's going out of proportion though ...

5) turns out I got the jawline and mouth wrong.. I tried to fix the jaw and as for the mouth ...that's the best I could come up with for now.
So much for trying to make a resemblance.

Happily ever after?

Life isn't a movie or a cartoon. Dreaming of having a fairy tale like life is really going to hit you hard at some point in your life. I've always loved cartoons like Little mermaid, Swan Princess and Cinderella and even Aladdin and even Mulan and almost every Disney cartoon you can name.
They'll always remain my favorites but I've come to realize that life is no fairy tale. Nothing comes without hard work. Even if something is destined to happen you'll have to work your way to it or it'll slip away.
Thus the question which popped in my mind " Happily ever after ? " my mind answered "hopefully .. No one knows"

My hilarious bestie

Believe it or not I haven't seen my bestie for 12 long years but we have the best laughs together.
We talk about the most random things and come out with the funniest answers possible and end up buttering each other up.
Right now I'm feeling super lucky and thankful to God for letting me have the best bestie ever. ㅅ.ㅅ

A souvenir from my first outing

Last Friday , I had my very first outing with my new classmates. :D
My friend CZY asked me to join them for a movie and when I hesitated persuaded me and I went along with them. There were 12 of us and I'm afraid I didn't catch all their names. Anyways we settled to watch the latest resident evil movie: Retribution .
Movie was fun, lots of action and zombies. After the movie we went for lunch to a restaurant named fish and go, which is where I got my souvenir from. We had fish and chips. Talked a little. Laughed and drove back to college. I took a taxi and returned home broke with a burnt tongue but very happy to have spent time with them.

When boredom leads to doodling....

I downloaded a drawing app a few months ago but never found the time to seriously use it to draw something nice . I end up doodling and like every other night tonight again I started off with a doodle.. I had Mulan,one of my favorite Disney cartoons in mind when I began.
Before I knew it I was absorbed into it and I was no longer doodling. I was trying to paint a pretty picture of Mulan. But obviously I draw better on paper with a pencil... It was interesting using the app to draw. It's time consuming and requires steady hands and a lot of patience.
Here's my first attempt .. I'm not good enough to draw out an exact replica of Mulan ... Had it been on paper I'd have managed but since it's on iPad cut me some slack :)

Reasons why I prefer K-Pop

The world of K-Pop is truly an amazing place. Once you hear a song even though you do not understand a single world it magically gets stuck in your head and the next thing you know you'd be looking up the song and listening to it. Then you'd listen to another and before you know it you'd be a huge fan of them. Why?? Their songs are catchy, meaningful and most importantly you feel sincerity in their music.. Something that has been lost from the recent Hollywood songs.
K-Pop motivates you to work harder towards your goal where as most of the English songs I hear is all about getting wasted and partying all night long. There isn't a moral.. It's bad influence for the younger generation and it doesn't give you hope.
I'm not saying all of the English songs are bad.. There are good and nice songs too. We definitely cannot leave out the old songs which dates back to 5-6 years or even further. Lionel Ritchie, Richard Marx, lifehouse,Back Street boys, Westlife and the legend Michael Jackson! They'll always be my all time favorites.
I guess what I'm to say is that K-Pop has a better influence on us. Their songs though we don't understand each and every single word without the aid of translation still never fails to convey its message to us.
My main reason for liking it is because it inspires me..motivates me and cheers me up.
Anyone who appreciates and loves music would definitely love K-Pop!

Attempt number 1

Brushing up on drawing skills again... Tried to draw Onew.. Body went well except for his hands.... Unfortunately his face need more work ... I need to draw more peaceful eyes!! And the hair!! On the other hand here's a picture of Key I drew and turned into a girl since it was for my cousin. It too isn't fully complete.. I had a bigger picture in mind. Hoping to find time to slowly complete it one by one.

I can do this!!

Life as a business student is interesting! Sure there's a lot to read many assignments to do but it's actually fun and interesting. I always liked economics .. Accounting .. I found it confusing but today I have learnt to write a cash budget! I'm extremely proud of myself. As for IBIF (international business in focus) I have articles to read. Tomorrow I have a new class... Personal Development. Looking forward to it. I wonder what it's about. Hope it will be fun.
My lecturers so far are great. I'm happy with my choice :) 파이팅!!!

New things..

Starting tomorrow I would be in the school of business.. doing marketing. Sounds exciting. I'm about to do something new. Something that doesn't involve MATHS! :D
I'd need to do some accounting though.. but it's all so very exciting.
I'll be studying:

Dreams do come true

I'm so happy!! My mother is the best for supporting me and being there for me. I just can't believe this is happening... I only started tweeting for one reason and today it has come true!! My wish has been granted! I see good things coming my way. I see a second chance to make up for all the trouble I caused. My precious Onew Oppa just replied me back on tweeter! It was just a simple thanks. But sincerity was all over it. Omg I'm so happy!!
It has given me new motivation and determination!

...update..

I haven't been blogging much lately since I was caught up with watching hello baby again for the 5th time..
I just finished watching A Gentleman'a dignity. Nice drama and I loved the ending.
Apart from that I was busy being tired and lazy.
As of now I'm reading an old classic, Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. Lots of nice quotes in the book. It's Nice to be reading a book rich in vocabulary with such vivid descriptions.
I've watched the movie but I wasn't able to understand much from the movie. I watched it after reading a small summary, mostly after realizing that Prince Caspian from Narnia played Dorian (Ben Barnes).
Reading it helps me understand the story more. It's very interesting ... So far it seems as if Dorian is a lad who isn't so sure of who he is and he is easily influenced by Lord Henry. A shame though..
I'd post quotes from the book later.

One step closer ..

I saw a live streaming concert!! Étude house's live streaming concert!! Thank you google and YouTube .. Though the stream was bad I got to be part of the concert and that has been a dream of mine!! Now I shall work hard to attend a real concert!
Pity I'm missing SWCII in Singapore on December.
